I can't speak to the original but the one I did based on it can be found here:

at the bottom of the post you will see:

Attachment: rdstream-dR.tgz
Description: application/tgz

and if you click on it it will download a filw:

binRgmAnEv4LJ.bin

download this and rename it to:

rdstream-dR.tgz

and you should be good to go with the package as intended.
