[RDD] Some observation I have made

If I do a fresh new install of rivendell-1.4.0 with everything else set 
up correctly
and run rdadmin I get seg faults
if I try to start the rivendell daemons I get seg faults
that is with a fresh install of rivendell-1.4.0

If I do a fresh install of rivendell-0.9.82,  good old 0.9.82 with 
everything set up correctly
0.9.82 connects to mysql and everything works

at this point, I can then upgrade to rivendell-1.4.0 and it will work ok

This tells me that you did something right with 0.9.82 that you did not 
do with 1.4.0

Well, I am running 1.4.0 now but I could not just download 
rivendell-1.4.0 and get it to work
