I had to install rivendell-0.9.82 which I know works ok and then upgrade
to 1.4.0
A new install of 1.4.0 does not work, there is a bug in it

I've also installed riv 1.2.2 with the same results of Invalid Sockets error while playing rdairplay and rdlibrary. I think there is a problem with my hardware but i can't seem to figure out what.
